As part of a new project in Sion, we are looking for a Technical Concierge / Building Maintenance Technician: Your tasks: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical systems - Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical systems - Manage maintenance and upkeep activities - Handle various requests and minor repairs - Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and purchase orders - Supervise and monitor the execution of work by contractors and implement appropriate measures for different sectors - Tasks related to (CMMS), handle small projects during on-call service (1 week / 5) Your profile: - Degree in Building Technology or Maintenance, Electricity or Energy, or a diploma with confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management, or technical field - Driver's license - French language (B2/C1) - Very good command of common tools (MS Office) - Strong customer focus, team spirit, and flexibility Ready for us?
