HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In this role, you will contribute to several key initiatives that are central to our department's digital evolution:
* Enhance our SharePoint platform – support content design, onboarding of users, troubleshooting, and improve user engagement with new features and layout.
* Redesign user experience – review and optimize navigation and structure; explore new tools like AI chatbots to improve access to information.
* Data & Knowledge Infrastructure – challenge and improve how we store and connect knowledge assets and internal data.
* Drive data insights – analyze internal data with tools like Power BI to help the team make better, faster decisions.
* Optimize the user experience by simplifying navigation and exploring features like AI chatbots.
* Reorganize our knowledge and data structure to improve accessibility and efficiency.
* Analyze internal data using tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights.
* Support team communication by creating content for Viva Engage and improving reporting tools
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Familiarity with SharePoint and/or other content management systems
* Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power Bi, Looker)
* Interest in user experience (UX) design and/or chatbot tools
* Proactivity, autonomy, and a drive for creative problem-solving
* Curiosity for regulatory topics and digital transformation
* Final year student or recent graduate of a Master's degree in Information Systems, Digital Communication, Digital Business, Marketing & UX, or similar.
* Fluent in French and English
