In this role you lead the recruitment and selection of future air traffic controller students with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for developing top talent in a safety-critical environment.
1. Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team responsible for identifying and selecting the next generation of air traffic controllers (ATCO)
2. Design and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent
3. Strive for long-term success in close collaboration with Operational Training (OT) and partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding
4. Drive innovation in assessment tools, outreach campaigns, and the overall candidate experience
5. Actively engage in recruiting activities for ATCO students
6. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
7. Proven experience in aviation-related recruitment and good knowledge of selection methodologies
8. Strategic mindset combined with hands-on, solution-oriented approach

12. Excellent communication skills in German and French (C1), and English (B2)
