 
        
        We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to join our team at the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland (AUS). In this role, you will be responsible for following up with potential prospective students via phone to generate interest, answer any outstanding questions, and encourage them to apply for admission to our institute.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 * Nurture leads in the pipeline
 * Proactively call qualified leads who have expressed interest in AUS programs
 * Conduct consultative conversations to uncover goals, aspirations, and program fit
 * Clearly present program details, admission requirements, tuition options, scholarships, and career outcomes
 * Address questions, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally
 * Log all interactions, next steps, and outcomes in our CRM system
 * Follow up consistently to nurture leads through to application submission
 * Identify and cultivate new markets and agent partnerships
 * Maintain and grow relationships with existing educational agents and partner organizations
 * Achieve or surpass weekly/monthly goals for calls, applications generated, and enrollments secured
 * Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure that applications convert to enrollments
 * Stay current on AUS programs, competitor offerings, and industry trends
 * Share insights and feedback to refine our sales scripts and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales, preferably higher education
 * Proficiency in English (verbal and written), french is a plus
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional phone manner
 * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students
 * Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 * Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently
 * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
 * Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and proficiency in using technology for sales and communication purposes.
 * Prior experience or knowledge of the education industry, particularly in admissions, is a plus.
