Job Description
The AR Specialist will be responsible for:
* Managing accounting and monitoring customer flows for wholesale clients and B2C.
* Recording and monitoring customer invoices, handling payments (bank transfers, credit cards, cash), monitoring overdue accounts and reconciling customer accounts.
* Verifying VAT accuracy and preparing VAT declarations.
* Handling reporting and analysis on AR accounting and acting as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure reliability of operations and compliance with internal procedures.
* Actively participating in the management and coordination of the ERP migration project.
* Securing financial flows, maintaining high‑quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with accounting and fiscal standards.
Candidate Expectations
* Higher education in accounting with 5+ years of experience in AR accounting and VAT.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and autonomy.
* Experience in ERP migration is a plus.
