Our expectations:
The chosen applicant should possess sales experience in B2B sales (experience in pharmaceutical secor will be an advantage) to be able grow business across the Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical markets by themself, demonstrating a strong sales track record throughout their sales career. This position involves extensive travel overseas to develop new business and attendance at International trade shows.
Conversant with being able to:
* Put together and deliver sales presentations to boardroom level and ability to demonstrate and train customers in the use of equipment and operating software.
* A technical background to troubleshoot customer equipment issues would be desired.
* A team player with excellent communication and language skills (fluent English), personable, punctual, reliable.
* Able to demonstrate product knowledge to clients for them to make informed choices on their specification requirements, offering a friendly and efficient approach to getting the job completed in a timely manner.
* A clear communicator and good listener, able to confidently guide customers through the buying process from order to completion.
* Conscientious of meeting deadlines, reporting sales forecasts to ensure key performance indicators are met.
* A positive can do attitude, able to follow procedures to document all correspondence in the handling of internet/press sales enquiries, over the phone and face to face in person.
* Managing great relationships with customers and distributors
* Experienced to work with a CRM data management system and competent in putting together sales & marketing materials
* Have a good record of customer retention
