PpWe are looking for a legal counsel with 5-7 years of legal experience in cryptocurrency and financial regulatory and commercial agreements to join our Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating cryptocurrency market maker and related agreements, as well as drafting internal policies and preparing registration applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital assets and possess expertise in financial regulations. /p h3Your Core Responsibilities: /h3 h3Contract Review Negotiation: /h3 ul liAdvise on relevant European regulations governing cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and digital assets, as well as financial instruments and identify relevant licensing requirements. /li liDraft and negotiate agreements involving, amongst others, token market making, loans, and digital asset transactions. /li liMonitor legislative and policy developments in crypto regulation and provide proactive legal strategies. /li /ul h3Risk Management: /h3 ul liIdentify potential legal risks and proactively provide solutions. /li liSupport global licensing applications across multiple jurisdictions. /li liAdvise senior business, finance, and compliance leads on relevant legal, regulatory, and commercial risks to help the team make informed risk assessments and decisions. /li liCollaborate with team members (legal, compliance, finance) across regions, to identify regional legal or regulatory risks and propose potential solutions or risk mitigation actions. /li /ul h3Your Skills and Experience: /h3 h3Professional Experience: /h3 ul liApproximately 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, at a Law Firm and/or as an In-house Legal Counsel /li liRegulatory Compliance Expertise /li liKnowledge of MiCAR, MiFID and other relevant European regulations. /li liExperience in commercial drafting, contract review and negotiation. /li liExperience with license applications is a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Interpersonal Skills: /h3 ul liKeen ability to grasp blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision. /li liSolid negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. /li liProficiency in using contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools. /li liWillingness to work outside standard hours if required by market or project timelines. /li liAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. /li liStructured and process-oriented work style, with experience in following and/or setting up internal processes and workflows. /li /ul h3Specialized Expertise: /h3 ul liStrong interest in crypto (e.g., academic focus, personal projects, or internships). /li liExperience working on cross‑functional or cross‑regional projects. /li liExcellent command of English. /li liExperience with licensing or authorization trajectories is a plus. /li /ul h3Educational Background: /h3 ul liAcademic Law degree. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
