About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Architect Project Manager to join our team in Geneva. You will supervise and coordinate various development and construction projects, ensuring that company needs are met efficiently and innovatively.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement development plans to meet new company needs.
* Update MSC building plans as necessary.
* Manage and monitor construction sites at various locations daily.
* Lead construction site meetings and provide clear guidelines.
* Document progress and decisions by writing minutes after each site meeting.
* Prepare tenders, compare bids, and select service providers.
* Collaborate with the Procurement department on awards.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience managing development and construction projects.
* Skills in site management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
* Excellent communication and writing skills.
* Proficiency in ARCHICAD (2D/3D) is essential.
* Knowledge of computer-generated imaging software (Artlantis, 3DS Max, Rhino, or similar) is highly valued.
* Good command of French and English.
