As a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will contribute to the compliance of Quality Management System and follow-up on Quality activities related to inbound, supply and distribution (GDP activities). You will report to Quality Assurance Manager and be involved in supporting overall Quality team.
• Contribute to the daily monitoring, execution and process improvement of inbound activities in Distribution Center and subcontracted sites, ensuring adherence to quality requirements.
• Analyse, monitor and routinely report the deviations and CAPAs related to the inbound activities and related operations.
• Monitor the Agreements in place and initiate revision when applicable.
• Monitor customers' license for validity compliance.
• Support QA team in the continuous improvement process of QMS.Candidate must be prepared for rare business travels. Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree required in pharmacy, life science, chemistry, engineering, or logistics, or similar.
• Desired minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry or similar regulated industry, within Quality, Compliance or Operations environment (GDP knowledge).
• Capable of performing sequential/routine process in shared platforms and IT systems (shared files, shared mailboxes, share-points, SAP or similar ERP tools).
• Organized and disciplined, with a sense of priority, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and independently to accomplish deliverables with different timelines (daily assessments, weekly reviews, monthly monitoring, quarterly reports).
• Ability to interact constructively with all functions in a matrix organization and within team, and also the external parties.
• English and French fluency are mandatory.
