The Job Description
1. SAP SuccessFactors Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and optimize various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
2. System Lifecycle Support: Participate in the full system lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, training, and post-launch support. Ensure that SAP SuccessFactors modules align with business requirements and best practices.
3. User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors users, ensuring optimal system performance. Perform regular system updates and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration across different modules and HR functions.
4. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions. Act as a liaison between the HR department and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the creation of system documentation, including user guides and process flows. Support the development and management of HR reports and dashboards, using SAP Analytics Cloud to provide valuable insights into key HR metrics.
6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for HR staff and other end users to ensure they are proficient in using the SuccessFactors platform. Share best practices and continually improve the team knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and talent development.
* Practical experience in system integration, configuration, and testing within SAP SuccessFactors.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in using SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and data visualization is highly advantageous.
About Snaphunt
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our in-house HR Systems and Processes team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of various SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these modules, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Additionally, experience in reporting and analytics, particularly using SAP Analytics Cloud, will be highly beneficial.
