The position is based at our Zweigniederlassung Bellach. The role focuses on representing Merbag and Mercedes-Benz to customers as the first point of contact and creating a positive brand experience.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für unsere Zweigniederlassung Bellach eine kompetente und versierte Person als Star Assistant / Empfang und Telefon 40-100% (m/w).
Responsibilities
 * Be the first point of contact for customers and convey the first impression of Merbag and Mercedes-Benz.
 * Greet customers warmly, start the customer experience in the house, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
 * Engage with customers in a friendly, articulate manner and offer beverages to make waiting times comfortable, enhancing the Mercedes-Benz brand experience at Merbag.
 * Maintain awareness of important appointments and direct customers to the appropriate contact person as needed.
 * Support the customer service and sales teams with administrative tasks and, due to professional competence, handle tasks in back-office and online customer care.
Qualifications
 * Commercial or equivalent education and good IT skills.
 * First work experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
 * Excellent written and spoken German; good spoken knowledge of at least one foreign language (E/F/I).
 * Good organizational skills and flexibility to adjust work hours within a reasonable framework.
 * Resilient and friendly personality even under increased workload.
