Senior Network Operations Engineer
Job description
As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you support and maintain our network infrastructure, you manage implementation of network concepts, and requests coming from the business.
Profile
In this role, you are responsible to:
1. Monitoring and operating servers and network infrastructure in our Data Centers
2. Providing 2nd & 3rd level network support to companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland
3. Implementing new LAN and WAN infrastructure in collaboration with the engineering department
4. Incident Management
5. Monitoring of the LAN and WAN infrastructure
6. Consult IT Managers about our network services
Professional requirements
7. 6-8 years of experience in IT Support
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
9. Cisco CCNA Certification, any other certification is asset
10. Fortinet Fortigate Certification
11. Autonomous and team player
12. Stress resilient
13. Diagnostic and problem solving capacities
14. Comfortable with operational routine work

Languages
Now, in order to blend in, socially and professionally, we certainly recommend the following languages:
15. Fluent in French, German or English
