We are exclusively recruiting a service-oriented and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable first- and second-level support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and contributing to the development and implementation of IT solutions across the organization. This position is ideal for a collaborative team player with a solid technical background and strong communication skills in German.
Information Technology Support Technician Deliver 1st- and 2nd-level support to staff for ICT tools and systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software and infrastructure issues.
Design and implement IT solutions in cooperation with service providers.
Support and maintain Microsoft environments, workplace infrastructure, collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams), and network administration.
Ensure efficient communication and documentation in written and spoken German.
Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent qualifications through training and extensive professional IT experience (e.g., as a Senior ICT Technician or Senior ICT Supporter).
Proven experience in 1st- and 2nd-level support, assisting employees in the use and application of ICT tools and solutions.
Strong ability to identify and resolve software and infrastructure issues, develop appropriate solutions, and collaborate with service providers to design and implement them.
Solid experience in client support, including Microsoft environments, workplace infrastructure, collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams), and network administration.
Excellent command of written and spoken German is essential.
A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
