Cruise Industry Customer Service Expert
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert with extensive knowledge of the cruise industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Guest Service Team to deliver flawless customer experiences.

Requirements

2. Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience with Medallia or similar guest feedback platforms.
5. Bonus: advanced proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
