Responsibilities Your role & responsibilities:
Be responsible for the operational execution of projects in the "Ordermonkey" self-order area (kiosk and app customers)
Bring your gastronomy/POS expertise into product development (optional)
Support international development teams in testing
Ensure the integration of subsystems (POS and payment services)
Coordinate installations at customers and/or perform them yourself
Lead the technical training of customers and installation partners
Install our payment partner cash register systems
Provide practical solutions with an instinct for achievable goals and maintain a sense for innovation
Qualifications Who you are:
Technical or business administration degree (or currently pursuing one)
Ideally experience in gastronomy or POS industry, including market knowledge
First experience in consulting and leading digitalization projects
Team player with high quality and customer orientation
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Creative and able to think outside the box
Category B driving license required
