Job Description
Business Development & Sales
* Identify, target, and engage prospective investors including family offices, wealth managers, institutional investors, and UHNWIs.
* Support the development of a structured sales pipeline, including lead qualification and follow‑up processes.
* Present the firm's investment strategies in a clear, compelling way to sophisticated investors.
* Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
Fundraising Support
* Contribute to fundraising campaigns for alternative investment products (hedge funds, private debt, venture capital).
* Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, due diligence documents, and investor reporting packages.
* Assist in responding to investor RFPs/DDQs and coordinate with investment and operations teams.
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain ongoing contact with existing investors and prospects.
* Track investor interactions using CRM tools and provide regular internal updates.
* Support onboarding processes in coordination with compliance and operations teams.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
* 3-5+ years of experience in sales, investor relations, fundraising, or client‑facing roles within asset management, private markets, or financial services.
* Strong understanding or keen interest in alternative investments (hedge funds, private debt, venture capital).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex investment strategies to sophisticated investors.
* Commercial mindset with strong networking skills and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
* Fluent in English & French is a strong advantage. Another language (or more) is a strong asset.
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
