Our Swiss Affiliate, based in Fribourg, is looking for a Medical Affairs Manager responsible for key products in our CNS (Central Nervous System) portfolio. Joining a passionate team of 5 people and reporting to the Medical Affairs Team Lead, your mission is to manage all Medical Affairs activities related to your assigned products portfolio while developing and maintaining a trusted network of Key Opinion Leaders in the field of CNS.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Collect, analyze and document scientific information regarding utilization and characteristics of assigned products and competitors
Provide scientific information and strategic inputs to the Brand Team to support the elaboration of product strategies
Respond to scientific product-related enquiries coming from external and internal stakeholders
Review and approve scientific and contextual correctness of promotional material
Create and hold medico-scientific presentations to HCPs
Participate in the training of Sales Force
Ensure KOL liaison and support
Organize Advisory Boards, scientific symposiums, round table discussions and CMEs events
Attend congresses and seminars in relevant therapeutic areas to maintain knowledge and ensure contact to KOLs/critical external audience
Business travels and KOL management on the field are required for this position (30-40%).
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
Scientific or Medical education (Master’s, PhD, M.D., or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in a Medical Affairs or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge in the field of Central Nervous Systems / depressive disorders
Demonstrated experience in KOL, HCP and medical community engagement
Business fluency in French, German and English
You describe yourself as a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, hands-on and flexible environment. Thanks to your scientific background and capacity for synthesis, you easily assimilate and interpret information and scientific data. You also demonstrate excellent communication skills, which allows you to interact efficiently with various stakeholders.
