Key Responsibilities
* Design, deploy, and optimise Cisco-based network solutions (routers, switches, wireless controllers, etc.)
* Monitor the network proactively using Cisco monitoring tools and ensure high availability
* Handle incidents, analyse root causes, and provide advanced troubleshooting
* Ensure compliance with security standards and organisational policies
* Maintain accurate technical documentation (configurations, diagrams, procedures, reports)
* Contribute to network upgrade projects: hardware refresh, IOS upgrades, and integration of new Cisco technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering
* Active Cisco CCNA certification (must-have)
* Minimum 4 years of experience in network administration or engineering within a Cisco-focused environment
* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, subnetting, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
* Hands-on experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst, Meraki)
* Experience with Cisco wireless environments (WLC, Access Points)
* Proficiency with Cisco monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco Catalyst Center)
* Understanding of 802.1X Network Access Control

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
