Deputy Head of the Event and Barbecue Team
Do you enjoy planning and implementing barbecue and catering events? Do you enjoy customer contact and working in a team? Are administrative and organizational tasks no problem for you? Then we are looking for you as Deputy Head of the Event and Barbecue Team! You can look forward to barbecue assignments at the St. Jakobsstadion at FCB or at new openings and internal events of the Coop Group - where you are the linchpin for smooth operations.
With us you benefit from at least 25 vacation days. We use an electronic time capture system so that you can reward your overtime with additional days off.

* Planning, organization and implementation of events and barbecues including personnel and material deployment
* Responsibility for the barbecue trolley and all event equipment (maintenance, transportation, set‑up and dismantling).
* On‑site coordination with customers and team members, ensuring that everything runs smoothly
* Compliance with the hygiene, safety and quality regulations of Bell Schweiz AG
* Deputizing for the head of the event and barbecue team
What you bring with you
* Knowledge of hygiene regulations and the HACCP concept
* Fluency in German; any other language is an advantage
* Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and team spirit
* Flexibility in terms of working hours (including weekends) and location
* Confident use of PC and good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Driving license category D1E mandatory
