We are looking for an ERP Engineer for our department. Your responsibilities:- Ensure N1/N2/N3 support of the Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.- Guarantee the proper functioning and availability of the ERP across all environments (production, testing, development), ensuring an optimal service level.- Manage both evolutionary and corrective maintenance (incidents, problems, requests), adopting a proactive and continuous approach.- Configure and adapt the ERP according to business needs, ensuring consistency with processes and robustness of implemented solutions.- Control the quality of operations (performance, consistency), identify anomalies, and propose solutions, while maintaining a technical and functional compliance by ensuring complete traceability of changes and knowledge transfer/re-engineering of existing structures (processes, management rules, flows, settings, dependencies) to secure maintenance and facilitate knowledge transfer.- Collaborate on scoping exercises with business units, IT, and partners to clarify needs, gaps, and impacts on the current ERP.Your profile:- Higher education (university or HES) in the field, with 5 years in a similar role.- French language proficiency and a very good level of English (C1).- Excellent knowledge of Oracle ERP (eBusiness).- Open-mindedness and flexibility with a proactive mindset.- Sense of responsibility and accountability.- Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.For Loterie Romande, diversity is important.
