PFor our site in Kaiseraugst (Basel area), we are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Programme Manager (f/m/d) – 100%. As Client Programme Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer programmes across Solvias. Acting as a key interface between clients, scientific teams, and commercial functions, you will ensure programmes are executed effectively, risks are managed proactively, and customer expectations are consistently met. This role requires strong programme leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate confidently in a regulated, cross‑functional environment. /pbr/lipLead end‑to‑end delivery of customer programmes within a CRO environment /p /lilipAct as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear, professional, and solution‑oriented communication throughout the programme lifecycle /p /lilipProvide overall programme leadership, coordinating cross‑functional teams across operations, quality, and commercial functions /p /lilipDefine and manage programme scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies, ensuring alignment with customer expectations /p /lilipProactively identify, assess, and manage risks; escalate issues early and drive effective resolution /p /lilipMonitor and report programme performance against timelines, budget, KPIs, and contractual commitments /p /lilipEnsure delivery of programme outcomes in line with agreed specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements /p /lilipAlign internal stakeholders and customer expectations on priorities, deliverables, and timelines /p /lilipMaintain programme documentation, data, and reporting within internal systems /p /lilipManage programme budgets, revenue tracking, and ensure alignment with financial targets /p /lilipSupport commercial teams with input to proposals as needed /p /lilipFacilitate customer interactions, including programme and project meetings, site visits, and audits /p /lilipEstablish clear communication and governance structures, including reporting and escalation pathways /p /lilipDrive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, lessons learned, and process enhancements /p /lilipChampion a strong customer‑centric approach in all interactions and delivery activities /p /libr/lipDegree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Life Sciences; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage /p /lilip8+ years relevant life science, pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience /p /lilipExperience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) preferred /p /lilipExperience working with analytical services, laboratory operations, or CMC activities is highly desirable /p /lilipSolid knowledge of programme/project management methodologies, risk management, and delivery in regulated environments (8+ years’ experience) /p /lilipCommercial awareness, including contract and budget management experience /p /lilipProven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder/-site programmes and key customer accounts /p /lilipExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including complex and executive level discussions with customers and colleagues across organisations and cultures /p /lilipProven track record of building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships /p /lilipStructured, results‑driven, and solution‑oriented with strong decision-making abilities and the flexibility to tailor approaches to meet varied stakeholder needs /p /lilipCollaborative team player with the ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams /p /li
