Junior People & Culture Generalist - VIE Contract
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Main responsibilities:
1. Organize local onboarding days for newcomers.
2. Act for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy and support local Employee Resource Group.
3. Support different People & Culture initiatives and projects for Swiss affiliate, specifically in the area of development.
4. Organize events such as Networking events or Career Talks.
5. Support People & Culture Business Partners in their daily tasks.
6. Support People & Culture communication (intranet, internal social media).
7. Coordinate change management within local organization regarding change in People & Culture operating model.
8. Regularly update different reports for People & Culture Power BI Dashboards.
About you
Experience:
9. Experience with Human resources, change management, onboarding processes or event organization.
10. Familiarity with HR analytics or dashboard reporting tool.
11. Experience in international company and knowledge of Swiss labour law is a plus.

12. Strong communication skills.
13. Project management abilities.
14. Good interpersonal skills.
15. Capacity to work autonomously.
16. Very high sense of rigor.

21. Knowledge of HR SAP and Workday is a plus.

Education:
23. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Business / Economics / Human Resources or related field.
Languages:
24. Fluent English (written and verbal).
25. Fluent French (written and verbal).
26. Fluent German (B2 level) would be an advantage.
