Overview
Location: Basel; Onsite; Full-time. We are currently supporting one of our aviation clients in Basel in the search for a Technical Trainer & Training Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on delivering and developing technical training programs for maintenance, completion, and production teams across the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about aviation, knowledge sharing, and developing technical talent within a highly dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and update technical training materials including manuals, practical syllabi and multimedia content.
* Deliver classroom and hands-on training on technical topics and compliance-related subjects.
* Ensure training content aligns with EASA regulations, Safety Management Systems and internal standards.
* Maintain training records and documentation within LMS systems (ideally SuccessFactors).
* Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve internal training and assessment standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an aviation environment.
* EASA Part-66 B1/C or B2/C license preferred.
* Strong understanding of EASA regulations, SMS and Human Factors.
* Solid technical background in aircraft maintenance or production.
* Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and LMS systems (SuccessFactors is a plus).
* Fluent English required. German and/or French would be an advantage.
