IT Rollouter – Printer Exchange (German) for our client based in Baden, a company in the manufacturing sector.
Your Tasks Planning and execution of the printer exchange projects – approx. 120 printers in 4-7 rollouts.
Implement operation processes with the new printer service provider.
Stabilize printing services.
Support IS Infrastructure team in service management tasks and small projects.
Your Experience/Knowledge 2-3 years of experience in service management.
Experience in printer contract and printer service provider management.
Language skills: fluent in German and English.
Your Soft Skills Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
A high degree of self-organization and time management.
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
