H2Ready for a challenge? /h2pWhether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe. /p h2About this role /h2pJust Eat is expanding its delivery services, offering customers not only food from their favourite restaurants but also everyday groceries from local supermarkets and convenience stores. /ppWith rapid growth in grocery delivery, this is a key opportunity for Just Eat to disrupt the market and win customers, partners and loyalty to put us ahead of our competitors. /p pThis position is responsible for managing and performing key account management activities for selected Grocery Retail Key Accounts, in Western Switzerland, in order to achieve set commercial targets and contribute to optimal customer satisfaction. /p pWe're looking for someone who can live our behaviours of lead, deliver and care, bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions to drive the Just Eat vision forward. /p h2These are some of the key components to the position: /h2ullipManaging and building relationships with a portfolio of key accounts in grocery retail segment (e.g. big supermarket chains), to ensure the continuation of business and customer satisfaction /p /lilipOnboarding Trainings of new and existing stores including Troubleshooting /p /lilipDeveloping and implementing account plans for the own key account(s) including expansion potential, Marketing activities and increasing of customer experience. /p /lilipLeading or participating in the negotiations with key accounts and preparing proposals for contracts for potential partners. /p /lilipPreparing, explaining and following-up on management reports (i.e. on sales performance), in line with requirements /p /lilipAdvising key accounts on how they can optimally make use of JETs solutions and offerings including Discounts, Deals, Stamp Cards, etc. /p /lilipLocal and Global Best Practice Transfer and Training allows you to maximize your performance. /p /lilipTogether with your colleagues in Grocery Retail Team (4 People) you are developing this segment in Just Eat Switzerland. /p /li /ul h2What will you bring to the team? /h2ullipProven track record managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail or gastronomy or a service oriented industry. /p /lilipLanguage skills: Mother language French, Professional Level: English, other language skills like Italian and German would be highly appreciated and an advantage. /p /lilipResult oriented: Track record of exceeding targets and delivering results /p /lilipClient-focused: Prioritizing the needs and advocacy of our partners to ensure satisfaction. /p /lilipAgile mindset: Displaying high flexibility while thriving within rapidly evolving business landscapes. /p /lilipEntrepreneurial spirit: Self-motivated individual driven by initiative and a proactive mindset. /p /lilipTechnical skills: Digital/Tech savvy with G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM Tools, Reporting Tools, AI-Tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) /p /lilipCoverage of Western Switzerland with willingness to travel within the Romandie Region and occasionally to Zurich and Ticino. /p /lilipPeople by from people they trust: this position requires a person with very high communication, social and networking skills and a high level of reliability and responsibility. /p /li /ulpbr /ph2At JET, this is how we play /h2pOur teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment. /ppBeing the best at what we do isn’t just about delivering on our strategy.
