Due to expansion of our production operations, we are seeking a Production Manager / Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient shift operations, high product quality, and achievement of production targets. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liManage daily production activities and shift operations /li liEnsure achievement of production plans, output targets, and KPIs /li liLead, coordinate, and motivate production teams /li liMonitor equipment utilization and production efficiency /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions /li liCoordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments /li liUse ERP and MES systems to track production orders, materials, and performance /li liAnalyze production data and prepare reports based on ERP/MES /li liIdentify process improvements and implement corrective actions /li liPrepare production reports and shift handover documentation /li liSupport onboarding and training of production personnel /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liDegree or vocational education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field /li li3+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management /liliExperience managing teams in industrial environment /li liPractical experience working with ERP and/or MES systems /li liStrong organizational and leadership skills /li liUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage /li liGerman and/or English proficiency /li /ul h3bWe Offer /b /h3 ul liCompetitive salary based on experience /li liLeadership role in a growing manufacturing organization /li /ul pJoin us in shaping future technologies.
