Responsibilities
Understand and assess client’s business models and constructively evaluate assumptions and financial projections.
Evaluate demanding and tailor‑made credit requests for Swiss domiciled multinationals and large corporate clients.
Conclude client’s debt capacity, rating and other risk relevant parameters.
Provide input, contest and support in cross‑functional deal teams comprising Origination, Risk Control, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Legal.
Learn about and monitor known risks, while also discovering and defining unknown risks.
Independently examine complex transactional risks and challenge them in line with our risk‑control framework.
Actively participate in and support team tasks and projects.
Evaluate and support our risk modelling techniques to ensure that risk‑based returns are appropriate.
Qualifications
Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s).

Team
The internship will be based in Group Risk Control & Structured Finance located in Zürich (Uetlihof). The team is responsible for identifying, assessing, advising, monitoring and reporting financial risks, including credit and market risk.
