Responsibilities
* Promptly resolve customer technical issues at the L2 level.
* Analyze and eliminate errors in software operation.
* Write and support SQL queries to analyze data and find solutions.
* Escalate incidents to a higher level (L3) when necessary.
* Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
* One year or more of experience in an L2 support position or similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
* Understanding of the principles of client‑server applications.
* Ability to quickly understand new technologies and products.
* Experience with incident management systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) would be an advantage.
* Good communication skills, proactive, ability to articulate clearly and accurately.
* Write project documentation in your spare time.
* Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python) would be a plus.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
