What You Will Do
In this 12-month assignment, you will:
* Lead the roll-out of global influencer strategies across EMEA and LATAM.
* Translate global strategy into regional action plans tailored to diverse markets
* Collaborate with senior leaders and marketing teams across global, regional, and local levels
* Provide consulting, playbooks, and training to enable effective execution
* Measure success through KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaign alignment and impact
What We are Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* 3+ years of international influencer marketing experience
* Background in MedTech or Healthcare marketing
* Strong skills in building and managing influencer/agency partnerships
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of platforms such as Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager
* Experience in regulated industries with content approval processes
* Collaboration with leading influencer agencies (e.g., WPP, Reachbird)
* Understanding of AI applications in marketing
Role Details
Location: Zug (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Start: December 2025 (latest January 2026)
Duration: 12 months, 100% workload
Travel: Approx. once per month
