Responsibilities As an Export Compliance Analyst, you will: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws. Review and classify products, technology, and software for export control purposes. Monitor and manage export licenses, permits, and documentation. Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on export compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with global teams to ensure adherence to local and international trade regulations. Stay updated on changes in export control laws and regulations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in International Business, Law, or a related field. Proven experience in export compliance, trade compliance, or a related role. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including EAR, ITAR, and EU export controls. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
