Reporting to the BPO Financeand based in Bellevue, this role will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Treasury Process Management
1. Lead review and update of treasury processes, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations
2. Identify and analyze needs for evolving treasury processes (activities, rules, roles)
3. Design and implement operational processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment
4. Propose improvements to treasury processes, including responsibilities, business rules, and model enhancements
5. Facilitate review panels and validate changes
6. Ensure technical solutions align with processes and validate results
7. Document processes and provide user training
8. Monitor process performance and compliance
Treasury System Support
9. Provide expert support for treasury systems, including ERPs, treasury management systems and banking platforms (such as SAP, FIS integrity, CashForce, T, etc.)
10. Identify and address technical issues related to treasury processes and systems
11. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of treasury systems in collaboration with IT
Treasury Risk Management
12. Support the development of treasury risk management strategies
13. Monitor treasury risk exposures and identify potential areas of concern
14. Contribute to the development of treasury risk mitigation plans
Finance Technology and Process Automation
15. Identify opportunities for automating treasury processes within the Finance function
16. With IT, implement and maintain technical solutions that enhance treasury processes
17. Develop automation solutions using RPA and other tools to streamline treasury tasks
Change Management
18. Develop and implement management plans for treasury-related initiatives
19. Lead a community of practitioners to collect ideas and deliver changes
20. Communicate changes to stakeholders, managing resistance and addressing concerns
21. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing related to treasury changes
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Education, experience and core competencies
22. University degree in finance, information system, mathematics/statistics or equivalent
23. Minimum 8 years’ experience in working closely with operational finance Treasury, Accounting, FP&A or similar) complemented with strong experience in project management
24. Strong knowledge of treasury management
25. Proficiency in Financial Accounting & Reporting as well as in Financial Modelling and Analysis
26. SAP technical skills, particularly in Finance module
27. Proficiency in Process Monitoring (and familiar with related tool, Celonis) and Data visualization tools (Google Looker or similar)
28. Familiar with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
29. Basic understanding of Programming Languages is a plus (, Python, Java, R, SQL, Visual C++, ABAP, etc.)
30. Proficiency in English is required; French or other languages are a plus
