Ph3Purpose /h3 pThe role will be responsible for managing and developing the e-commerce channel, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer experience, digital marketing, and operational coordination. The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams, contributing to the growth of the digital business and the evolution of the omnichannel ecosystem. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives. /li liMonitor and optimize website performance and key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and retention. /li liCoordinate digital marketing activities together with agencies and external partners. /li liManage the online commercial calendar and promotional activities. /li liOversee online merchandising, content management, and customer journey optimization. /li liCollaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment. /li liAnalyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. /li liCoordinate external technology partners and suppliers. /li liSupport CRM and loyalty strategy development. /li liContribute to the optimization of customer experience and omnichannel processes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles. /li liPrevious experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods environments is preferred. /li liStrong knowledge of B2C e-commerce dynamics. /li liFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools. /li liStrong data-driven and performance‑oriented mindset. /li liProject management and cross-functional coordination skills. /li liExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. /liliFluent in English; additional European languages an advantage. /li /ul pThe company offers a stimulating environment where initiative is encouraged, processes continue to evolve, and individuals can make a tangible impact on the business. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
