We are looking for a
German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist
who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high-potential companies the unicorns of tomorrow while building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.
What Youll Do
 * Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns.
 * Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
 * Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
 * Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
 * Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
 * Maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.
 * Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
 * Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
 * Languages: Native or C2-level German + fluent English.
 * Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with strong client-facing experience.
 * Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
 * Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
 * Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 * Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
 * Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.
