Tasks
Community of Practice (CoP ) help us in achieving horizontal alignment across all value streams of the Digital Hangar. Promoting collaboration and innovation, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
As an intern, you will be working closely with the Community of Practice Leaders, as well as with Community Members .
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the CoP by engaging with members to identify relevant subjects, gathering and structuring topics for weekly discussions
- Contribute to identifying opportunities where AI can enhance and support existing workflows
- Support the elaboration of CoP communication concepts (Sharepoint)
- Define CoP relevant onboarding concepts
- Support the organization and moderation of CoP Meetings and Calls (weekly)
- Support the CoP Lead in planning and executing Community Surveys
- Accompany Digital POs and Digital BAs in their daily doings
Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in computer science, marketing, business administration, mathematics or similar studies

- Strong analytical skills, with high attention to
- Experienced at / willing to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment

- Technical background or understanding is a plus
