As part of our international development strategy, we are seeking a Calvados Senior Export Manager.
You have a proven track record of significant and productive experience in a similar export role. You are looking for new opportunities to develop your skills while representing world-class products.
Primary Objective:
Your main goal will be to grow turnover, coordinate sales, and ensure long-term growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for prospecting, meeting, and recruiting new importers/distributors, as well as consolidating and expanding existing business across your markets.

* Commercial Strategy: Deploying export sales policies.
* Market Analysis: Conducting market studies and competitive intelligence.
* Business Development: Growing and retaining the client portfolio.
* Performance Tracking: Monitoring the execution of commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities in Detail
Market Research & Intelligence
* Identify market needs and opportunities through permanent monitoring.
* Establish and validate growth plans for Group brands in collaboration with General Management and distributors.
Customer Loyalty & Management
* Negotiate and develop product sales with existing clients.
* Conduct market visits to distributors and prospects for budget preparation and account reviews.
Sales Prospecting & Growth
* Manage and expand the Group's sales and distribution network across your zone.
* Ensure annual budgetary profitability for priority brand/market pairings.
* Promote and support the launch of Group innovations across all markets.
* Increase product knowledge and motivation among distributor sales forces.
* Ensure product presence and visibility across various networks in each market.
* Implement annual planning for volume, pricing, and A&P (Advertising and Promotional) investment per market and brand.
Mobility:
This role requires regular international travel.
Candidate Profile
* Education: Specialist in International Trade. Calvados Ambassador preferred.
* Experience: Mandatory field experience in export (minimum 2 years)
* Skills: Strong commercial drive and interpersonal ease.
* Mindset: Ability to work in a multicultural environment with strong intellectual curiosity.
* Attributes: Negotiation skills, diplomacy, and the power of conviction.
* Language: Fluent professional English is mandatory.
