* Responsible for leading and motivating around 30 employees per shift and ensuring smooth operations in the team.
* Support plant operators in operating, setting up and controlling modern production equipment and help identify and solve problems and disturbances.
* Ensure quality, implement improvements, guarantee occupational safety, and promote employees.
* Handle cross‑departmental communication, manage various administrative tasks, and implement productive measures to optimise workflows.
Was Sie mitbringen
* Education: Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) in the food sector or industry.
* Professional experience: 1–3 years in a similar environment.
* Dynamical and motivating personality with leadership experience.
* Passion for innovative processes, procedures and modern technology.
* Experience in operating production and control systems, SAP knowledge, and solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Willingness for continuous development and further education.
* Goal orientation around collective success, with teamwork at the core and celebrating achievements together.
* Availability for shift work Monday–Sunday across three shifts.
* Fluent German.
