Overview Data Administrator 2 (Packaging Data & Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist) – Münchwilen AG, Switzerland. Contract: Feb 2026 – Jan 2027; extension possible.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Data & Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist to join the Product Technology & Engineering team in Münchwilen AG. In this role, you will manage packaging-related master data, support the packaging code lifecycle, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements—supporting smooth and efficient operations across the business.
Responsibilities Maintain and manage packaging master data in master data management systems
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Support the packaging code lifecycle (creation, updates, changes, phase-out)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Packaging Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and HSE
Support compliance and regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods transport requirements
Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications / Profile Commercial or technical education (apprenticeship, technical degree, or equivalent)
Experience in data management / documentation / operational support:
Specialist level: 1–2 years
Senior Specialist level: 3–5+ years (technical or regulated environment preferred)
Strong skills in data management and structured documentation
Understanding of compliance, cost management, and operational excellence (level dependent)
English C1 required | German is a plus
