Job Description
Our global end client in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne) is now looking to hire on a permanent basis its Digital Sales & Marketing Technology Manager (MarTech Manager) to lead their Sales & Marketing technology roadmap in a premium international environment. This role covers CRM, digital marketing, marketing automation, web analytics, omni-channel retail solutions, and BI modernization, with a strong focus on personalization and AI-driven customer experience. THE ROLE
Define and execute the Technology Sales & Marketing data roadmap, covering CRM, digital marketing, retail and customer experience.
Lead and deliver data projects (on-time, on-scope, on-budget), coordinating cross-functional squads and managing a small team (Business Data Analysts + external resources).
Drive BI modernization initiatives towards cloud-based solutions and promote a culture of self-service analytics.
Support business needs around CRM, online/offline personalization, marketing automation, web analytics, product allocation, sales operations, and customer journey KPIs.
Act as a facilitator and influencer with senior stakeholders, bridging IT and business.
Represent the voice of data in an environment where tradition and innovation come together.
Requirements
1. MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data (or equivalent).
2. 8 years of experience in managing data / CRM / digital Sales / Marketing projects, web analytics, marketing automation with proven cross-functional leadership.
3. Knowledge of modern BI solutions (ex. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
4. Strong understanding of data governance principles and Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360).
5. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and engage with senior management.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Dynamics, or equivalent). Solid knowledge of modern BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS). Strong understanding of data governance principles and Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360). Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and engage with senior management. Background in a premium, user-experience-driven environment (hospitality, retail, high-end services, consumer experience) is a strong plus. Excellent soft skills: customer orientation, flexibility, relationship-building, and a “scale-up mindset”. Fluent in French and professional English.
