Senior UX/UI Designer – AI‑Assisted Prototyping & Vibe Coding
Location: Switzerland (Zurich office, partial remote – 2 days per week from home).
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable UX/UI concepts, prototypes, and flows.
Apply personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and information architecture to drive clear and user‑friendly designs.
Design interfaces aligned with brand and design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Utilize AI‑assisted prototyping and vibe coding workflows to rapidly explore and validate design concepts.
Collaborate with service designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet both user needs and technical requirements.
Integrate motion and micro‑interactions to enhance clarity, feedback, and storytelling across digital products.
Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and help establish quality standards for the team.
Qualifications
Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of shipped products or advanced prototypes.
Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and design systems.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping software (e.g., Blender).
Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design workflows, LLMs, generative tools, or vibe coding approaches.
Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional product teams.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, giving feedback, and guiding design standards.
Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem‑solving skills, with openness to new methods and emerging tools.
