Our client is a mid-sized company with operations in several countries.
Job Description
 * Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.
 * Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to internal and external stakeholders.
 * Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as needed.
 * Maintain and update accounting policies to align with US GAAP requirements.
 * Support month‑end, quarterly and year‑end close processes.
 * Support the timely and accurate filing of local subsidiaries statutory reporting.
 * Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
 * Education in finance, accounting or economics.
 * Several years of experience in accounting or audit.
 * Comprehensive and current understanding of US GAAP, including recently issued accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting principles and regulations.
 * Big 4 audit firm experience is a plus.
 * CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
 * Experience with a public company with international operations is desired.
 * Excellent command of English (minimum C1).
