About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
Project Manager
to join our team in Visp on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will manage technical initiatives in workshops and logistics, with a strong focus on process optimization, standardization, and data-driven decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects within a collaborative and modern working environment.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and manage technical initiatives in the areas of workshops and standardization
 * Plan, coordinate, and implement workshop and logistics projects to optimize processes and workflows
 * Support the development and rollout of technical standards
 * Conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver projects
 * Analyze and evaluate data from SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other tools to support decision-making
 * Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
 * Manage cross-functional interfaces between engineering, logistics, IT, and other relevant departments
Requirements
 * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
 * 2–5 years of professional experience, including solid project management background in technical and/or logistics projects
 * Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel (including Pivot and Power Query), and Power BI
 * Proven ability to conduct workshops and manage stakeholders effectively
 * Analytical mindset, structured approach, and high level of initiative
 * Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required
 ; English proficiency is an advantage
