Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports the Vice President and leadership team within Cat Digital. This team drives Caterpillar’s digital strategy, leading projects in connectivity, data analytics, and innovative platforms. Your primary focus will be to provide high‑level executive support—managing complex calendars, coordinating global meetings, preparing presentations, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
* C‑Suite Collaboration: Work closely with senior executives, anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges.
* Calendar Management: Organize and maintain complex calendars, balancing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Communication: Handle internal communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring professionalism and timely responses.
* Meeting Preparation: Research topics, create agendas, collate materials, and prepare presentations for all‑employee and leadership sessions.
* External Liaison: Interact with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, supporting purchasing activities and representing the executive office.
* Large‑Scale Events: Assist in planning and executing major events such as conferences, board meetings, and team gatherings.
* Travel Arrangements: Manage travel bookings and accommodations, providing end‑to‑end support for executive travel.
* Innovation & Automation: Explore and leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to automate tasks and improve workflows, bringing fresh ideas to challenge the status quo.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Open‑mind and curious about digital trends, eager to learn and apply new tools.
* Excellent communication skills in English and French.
* Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with digital tools and automation platforms is a plus.

Additional Information
* This position requires 5 days of on‑site presence at the Geneva office.
* Limited travel required.
* A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU‑25/EFTA citizenship is required.
