What You'll Do
Provide onsite deskside support to users, ensuring seamless operations.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Support and configure network printers, scanners, and mobile computing platforms.
Resolve connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN) and assist with access to corporate resources.
Deliver VIP support for senior executives and business-critical devices.
Install, upgrade, and deploy Windows 7/10 in enterprise environments.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in End User Computing / Deskside Support.
Strong knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT) and backup/recovery tools (USMT).
Hands-on experience in Windows 7/10 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Solid skills in hardware/software setup, network connectivity, and mobile computing.
Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.
