As Store Manager of Bershka Geneva, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. A true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead and develop your teams, and ensure a dynamic customer experience aligned with the Bershka universe and Inditex group standards.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management & Performance
* Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
* Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
* Optimize stock management and product rotation
* Ensure alignment between product offering, trends, and commercial performance
Visual Merchandising
* Ensure the implementation of Bershka VM guidelines
* Execute collections in line with the latest trends
* Create an attractive, dynamic, and fashion-oriented store environment
* Train and support teams on VM standards and styling
* Collaborate with VM teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local market
Management & Leadership
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team
* Recruit and onboard profiles aligned with the Bershka DNA
* Organize schedules to optimize productivity
* Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven work environment
Customer Experience
* Deliver an engaging, fun, and trend-driven customer experience
* Be present on the shop floor and lead by example
* Handle customer feedback professionally with a solution-oriented mindset
* Develop customer loyalty and engagement
Operational Management
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and group standards
* Maintain store standards (organization, cleanliness, presentation)
* Oversee inventories and loss prevention
* Work closely with the Area Manager and support functions
Profile
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, ideally in fashion
* Strong product sensitivity and good knowledge of trends (youth-oriented environment)
* Natural leadership with the ability to engage and inspire teams
* Strong analytical mindset and business orientation
* Autonomous, responsive, and able to prioritize effectively
* Good command of French and English (German is a plus)
* Flexible availability (weekends and peak periods)
