Customer Service Support Officer (m/w/d)

Job Description


Start date: January 2026 – Applications must be submitted in English.

As aCustomer Service Support Officer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and processing service incident reports, coordinating service technicians, and providing outstanding customer support. You play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations.

You will be part of theCustomer Care Center team inHorgen and report to theCustomer Care Center Manager Alps.

Your responsibilities:

1. Receiving, forwarding, and administratively processing incident reports and coordinating the appropriate service engineers

2. Actively supporting our team by providing telephone and digital assistance to our demanding customers inGerman and occasionally inFrench andEnglish

3. Collaborating with our service managers and the contracts department

4. Invoicing and booking of service orders

This job is a great fit for you if you have:

5. Solid commercial background and hands-on experience in customer service

6. Proficiency withMS Office,SAP, and ideally withSalesforce/Servicemax

7. An independent, structured, and customer-oriented approach combined with excellent communication skills

8. High level of flexibility, commitment, and a hands-on mentality

9. A conscientious, responsible, and above all team-oriented working style

10. Fluency inGerman and French, along with a good command ofEnglish;Italian is an asset

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
