Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from initiation through execution and close-out
* Provide day-to-day project and/or construction management support for engineering activities
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables
* Provide on-site oversight of execution activities with focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
* Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escape appropriately
* Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, issues, and next steps
Requirements
* Requires a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager supporting small CAPEX projects
* Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment, with solid understanding of GMP requirements
* Ability to work independently and integrate effectively within an engineering organization
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
* Strong organizational and structuring skills, with ability to provide clear and timely reporting
* Sound judgment to escalat[?]e issues and risks at the appropriate time

Our global Pharmaceutical client is seeking to engage a qualified Project Manager / Construction Manager resource to support small CAPEX engineering projects (typically 500 k CHF) at the site.
In this role you will coordinate projects and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately. Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, identify and resolve technical problems. Identify and analyse system requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
