Main Tasks : For the comprehensive care of our guests upon arrival and departure, as well as throughout their stay, assisting them with all matters relating to accommodation, reservations (rooms and restaurants), and billing. You always strive to ensure guest satisfaction and keep the smooth running of daily operations as your main objective. Your responsibilities include: Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French Check-in / Check-out of our demanding guests Preparing various billing statements Managing restaurant and massage reservations Providing daily support to the concierge/front desk area. Profile : Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school Very good German and English skills; French and Italian are an advantage Knowledge of the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable Team spirit and commitment A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners Ability to stay organized and remain calm even in hectic situations Guest-oriented mindset and independent working style
