business and ensure integrity of the CHANEL brand across all distribution channels (+230 doors across wholesale, E‑commerce, Fashion and FB Stand Alone Boutiques including Travel Retail). /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pBuying Planning /p ul liMonitor implementation of the product strategy for Eyewear with markets. /li liDefine, implement relevant Merchandising KPIs (Sales, SOH, Sell‑Thru) and follow‑up through detailed reporting. /li liOversee sales forecasting and planning in partnership with Finance. /li liOversee assortment and buys of new collections and reorders across all distribution channels contribute to OTB definition. /li liProduce quantitative qualitative analysis for each boutique before the Buys. /li liBuild buying guidelines for 12 collections per year (8 podium + 4 seasonal). /li liAnimate Buying in the showroom, accompany markets throughout the whole buying session providing expert advice and being the voice of markets requests to Global. /li liProvide Monthly Reorders recommendation. /li liDrive pricing in local currency and harmonization process. /li liEnsure monitoring of product shipments and new collection launches. /li liMonthly call with Global Supply Chain. /li liPerform order reallocations in Anaplan when needed. /li /ul pE‑commerce /p ul liAlign communicate business objectives to cross‑functional local and global teams in partnership with regional digital team. /li liShare recommendations on website merchandising based on new arrivals, best sellers, trends. /li /ul pWholesale /p ul liLead the review and alignment of the sales marketing plan with Luxottica and the Global Eyewear teams, ensuring the Swiss Markets distribution strategy reflects the Global vision. /li liMonthly call with Global Eyewear, Global Luxottica local Luxottica teams to review visual merchandising, Architecture and distribution updates. /li liRepresent the Swiss Markets region as a participant in Luxottica’s quarterly business meetings, reviewing all distribution channels and supporting with agreed follow‑up actions ensuring consistent alignment and performance delivery. /li liChampion brand training sessions for the wholesale teams – dedicated sessions including delivering brand storytelling and product heritage presentations. /li liExtending invitations to key CHANEL events to deepen engagement. /li liSafeguard Brand Image standards through regular field visits in partnership with Luxottica and local General Management. /li /ul pMarketing Communication /p ul liPartner with FB and Fashion Marketing teams to enhance visibility of the eyewear category through EDMs and digital cards (campaigns deployed by Marketing). /li liPartner with the Media Team to shape the annual media plan and budget: ensure launches, new collections and stock availability are fully integrated into media activity. /li liPartner closely with the PR team on eyewear strategy: share key investments during the buying sessions to support gifting opportunities. /li liIn partnership with Learning Global teams, plan new collection training for retail teams and tailored ad‑hoc sessions. /li liAct as the main point of contact for FA’s engagement and feedback on the collections. /li liOversee seasonal training initiatives ensuring consistent product knowledge and category expertise across boutiques. /li liSupport boutique teams with regular morning briefs in Fashion and FB boutiques to reinforce key launches and priorities. /li /ul pOperations After‑sale /p ul liCoordinate after‑sales service flows with Luxottica for both boutiques and e‑commerce. /li liAdminister after‑sales service tools and platforms. /li liCoordinate training sessions for after‑sales teams. /li liOversee order management for packaging after‑sales spare parts. /li /ul pBrand performance Insights /p ul liProvide competitive intelligence: benchmark best practices, research across digital retail to understand the eyewear business across Swiss Markets and nourish local global teams with ideas to grow the business, relevant for CHANEL. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE /h3 h3Experience Background /h3 ul li8–12 years of experience within fashion, luxury, or accessories. /li liProven experience in category management, merchandising, or business development. /li liStrong exposure to an international matrix organization. /li liSolid multi‑channel experience (retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce) is essential. /li liExperience in eyewear or accessories is a plus, though not mandatory. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong understanding of assortment
