Lead Digital Marketing Strategist

* Strategic Growth & Digital Performance Marketing:
o Align digital initiatives with business goals to increase visibility, enhance engagement, and position the brand as a trusted international legal authority.
o Audit and refine multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
* Campaign Management:
o Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, and measurable results.
o Owning the marketing funnel: from traffic generation to lead nurturing and conversion.
* Performance Reporting:
o Track and analyze key metrics (KPI, ROI, CAC, engagement rates) to inform data-driven decisions and refine strategies.

o Architect and lead multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
* Campaign Management
o Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, and measurable results.
* Data Analysis
o Track and analyze key metrics (KPI, ROI, CAC, engagement rates) to inform data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
* Content Creation & Optimization
o Develop a distinctive visual and verbal brand voice for premium audiences (UHNWI, C-suite, investors).
o Ensure elegance, consistency, and tone alignment across every touchpoint.
* Social Media & Community Engagement
o Growing and managing LINDEMANNLAW's presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others by crafting relevant, stylish, and professional content.
o Engaging with the audience and adjusting strategy based on insights.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably within legal, finance, or professional services sectors).
* Deep knowledge of digital channels and AI tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (French, or Russian a plus).
* Aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing, multicultural team.
