The candidate will join a team dedicated to Alternative Investment Advisory activities and will take part in strategic projects involving innovation, data management, application integration, and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the functional and technical scoping of IT projects conducted in an agile environment within the alternative investments domain.
* Gather, analyse, and formalise business requirements using requirements‑engineering methods and modelling techniques.
* Draft functional specifications and contribute to the development of business cases.
* Collaborate on solution design with internal teams and external providers.
* Ensure functional follow‑up of developments and integrations at each stage of the project.
* Contribute to the evolution and integration of SaaS platforms with existing systems.
* Support the evolution of the application and data ecosystem in the context of a progressive migration to the cloud.
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific field.
* At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the alternative investments sector.
* Excellent command of SQL and Excel.
* Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of business solution integration processes, ideally in SaaS environments and within asset management or alternative investment contexts.
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail in managing data and requirements.
* Strong client orientation, with the ability to understand needs beyond what is explicitly stated.
* Residence in Switzerland required.
* Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
